Customer Service Policy
Tuffies Letterboxes is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes to customers in Australia are within 14 days.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Tuffies has stock warehoused in Queensland to ensure we are able to deliver to you as soon as possible.
We will freight your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
For orders outside Australia Tuffies will use airfreight.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully, Tuffies do not normally refund for a change of mind or wrong decision.

Tuffies does not refund purchases unless there is a proven manufacturing fault in which case Tuffies will replace the item providing the customer seeks a replacement within 15 days of receipt of the product or can show an obvious manufacturing fault. (By sending photos and a description by which Tuffies reserves the right to determine if further investigation is needed). Products suffering damage through customer installation will not be replaced.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 11th October 2011.
